Grade 3 (SCP 4-6) – £17,453 – 18,439 (£23,115-£23,894 FTE)
32 hpw TT + 2 days, fixed term until 31st August 2025

The Directors of Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust and Governors of Blessed John Duckett are seeking to appoint an excellent Teaching Assistant to work with children with additional needs and 1:1. The successful candidate will:
• Be able to develop and adapt conventional teaching methods to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN
• Have an in-depth knowledge of working with children with special needs
• Be an outstanding, creative and enthusiastic practitioner
• Have the skills, experience and knowledge to demonstrate high standards of classroom practice in order to promote and develop children’s learning
• Have a good understanding of current educational practice
• Have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to working in partnership with others
• Be able to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the school.

You will need to have high expectations and have a commitment to the Catholic Mission of the school.
