The Trustees are seeking to appoint a Teacher of English as soon as possible.
We are seeking to appoint a talented, dynamic, and hardworking English teacher to join our thriving department. The successful candidate will positively contribute to raising standards of attainment and achievement for all pupils at Excelsior. You will provide consistently high-quality teaching and enable the effective use of resources to facilitate high standards of learning and achievement for all pupils. The post is suitable for an ECT or a more experienced colleague.
Working at Excelsior will challenge you but the rewards are huge. Successful candidates will play an important role in our continuous drive for further improvement and will have the potential to work in Key Stages three, four and five.
Excelsior Academy is an All-Through Academy providing education for students aged 3 – 19, serving the West End of Newcastle. Working at Excelsior, you will play an important role in our continuous drive for further improvement.
You will join a successful MAT where all Academies support each other to the benefit of our pupils and their families. Our Academies also enjoy strong support from an experienced LST central team, based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
