Fixed Term contract of 18 months in the first instance

Term time only, 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday – Shifts to be confirmed but will include evening work.

Grade F SCP 12-17

(FTE – £26,422 – £28,771)

Pro-rata salary range: £23,374 – £25,452

The successful applicant will be motivated, enthusiastic and highly organised.  Interested candidates should be proactive with the ability to lead, inspire and motivate children to develop their swimming skills.

The purpose of the role is to:

• To lead a swim coaching and activities  programme for the community
• To deliver a high quality service responding to the needs of the local market
• To take a lead role in the administration and marketing of the swim programme
• To provide lifeguard cover, as and when required

Shifts to be confirmed but will include evening work.
