SEND Teaching Assistant (KS3-5)
Cedars High Heworth, part of Cedars Academy Trust, is seeking enthusiastic, caring, and reliable Teaching Assistants to join our Key Stages 3-5 setting.
We need enthusiastic, caring, and reliable Teaching Assistants to support young people with complex needs in Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 at our site in High Heworth, Gateshead (former Colegate School). The role involves supporting a student-led curriculum focused on Preparation for Adulthood and community access, ensuring students are “fit for life” and ready for future challenges.

The Academy operates over two sites in Gateshead, Cedars School at Ivy Lane, Low Fell (EYFS-KS3) and Cedars College at Walker Terrace (KS4/5).
