Laidlaw Schools Trust is a growing multi-academy trust dedicated to providing high-quality education in a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. We are looking for an organised and motivated Projects Administrator to join our busy and friendly central Estates team, to start ASAP.
This is a fixed term opportunity covering maternity leave until 31 March 2026 with a work base location at our Trust offices at Oxclose Community Academy, Dilston Close, Washington NE38 0LN.
This role will report to the Head of Estates and is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our schools remain safe, compliant, and inspiring places to learn and work.
If you are an organised and detail-oriented person committed to maintaining high standards, have the skills to interpret data and you are determined to make a difference and a positive change? Then this is the role for you!
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Proven experience in an administration role
- Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting)
- Effective communication and organisation skills
- Attention to detail
