We are seeking to appoint multiple learning support assistants to provide classroom support duties, including curriculum related tasks under the direction of the teacher whilst responding to pupils’ social, emotional and physical needs.
We have multiple positions across our school and we would be happy to discuss flexible hours:
- x2 – 20 hours per week (Mon – Fri), 1 permanent and 1 fixed term until 31/08/2025, Actual Salary – £10,728 – £10,907 per annum
- x2 – 32.5 hours per week (Mon – Fri), permanent, Actual Salary – £17,433 – £17,724 per annum
- x1 – 14 hours per week (Thurs & Fri), permanent, Actual Salary – £7,510 – £7,635 per annum
Please note that all positions are term time only plus 5 training days.
Successful candidates will have:
- An enthusiastic approach to working with children and a commitment to their wellbeing and care.
- Experience of managing pupil behaviour/emotional needs, and working with children in Early Years, KS1 or KS2.
- Ability to empathise with the needs of children and in particular able to establish positive relationships with pupils.
