Oxclose Community Academy is seeking a Head of History to lead our thriving department and inspire students to engage with the past in a meaningful way. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, shaping the curriculum and developing innovative teaching strategies that bring history to life.

This position would suit a history teacher looking to become a head of a department or an existing head of department wanting to make a difference. The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership skills, a passion for teaching history and be an outstanding practitioner, with an unwavering commitment to the highest standards for teaching and learning.
