The role
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and proactive Estates, Lettings and Event Coordinator who can lead on administration and supervision of the school facilities. The successful candidate will need to be an agile thinker, a strong supervisor and well organised to succeed in the role.
The role is full time all year round, although we would consider suitable candidates who wish to job share or work part time. You would normally be expected to remain on site to secure the facilities as a key holder on at least four occasions per week (evenings up to 10:30pm or weekends up to 6:00pm). You would normally have two or more staff you will be supervising during the times we are open for lettings and activities and have a team of staff from which to draw upon for the rotas. A significant part of your role will be in working with hirers in ensuring that everything runs smoothly and in promoting the use of the facilities for prospective users. You will be part of our wider staff team and be an integral part of our activity and events programme that runs throughout the year.
