Tyneview Primary School is seeking to appoint a cleaner who can help maintain a safe, clean and hygienic environment for our learners. Duties will include; cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying of bins, polishing and dusting.
The successful candidate will have;
- A working knowledge of health and safety that they can apply to the role.
- An ability to establish positive relationships with others to work as part of the wider site team.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and an understanding of using cleaning equipment would be desirable.
The working pattern for this role during term time will be Monday to Friday 7am – 8:30am and 3:15pm – 5:45pm. During school closure periods, the hours will be 4 hours per day between 7am and 2pm, this can be negotiable.
Tyneview Primary School is a single form entry school catering for primary-aged children from 2 – 11 years old with an Additional Resources Provision for up to 10 pupils.
