The Governors of the newly formed Archway Federation are looking to appoint a highly motivated Class teacher to provide excellence teaching and learning at Woodham Burn Community Primary School and Nursery due to increased pupil numbers. The post is temporary for 1 year, to start on 1st September 2023.

This is an exciting time for the schools as we will be joining Lingfield Education Trust from 1st June 2023 so the successful candidate will be employed under Lingfield Education Trust contracts.

On 1st September 2021, The Archway Federation was formed. The Federation comprises of Vane Road Primary School and Woodham Burn Community Primary School and Nursery. This is an exciting development for both schools and brings together the excellent care and educational practice in both schools. There is one Governing Body for the Federation ensuring that the schools are the very best for the unique communities they serve.
In the formation of the Federation, Mr Kieran Pavey, was appointed as Executive Head Teacher with Mrs Gemma Sim appointed the Head of School for Vane Road and Mr Damian Sparrow, the Head of School for Woodham Burn.
The Federation shares the same key principles:
