An exciting new opportunity has arisen to be at the forefront of a new development at Castle View Enterprise Academy. The Academy is setting up a bespoke provision for students requiring focused intervention to support SEMH needs.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and determined individual who can lead and manage an alternative provision, within a mainstream setting. You will manage a behaviour unit and teach students within the provision. The ideal candidate must demonstrate:
• Both knowledge and experience of SEMH.
• The ability to manage staff to produce best outcomes.
• Behaviour management skills; managing behaviour in a small classroom setting.
• Ability to confidently lead and deliver small group intervention sessions that target literacy, numeracy and social and emotional needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive in your day-to-day working and the ability to use your own initiative.
