We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated practitioner to join our enthusiastic Early Years team in extending our provision to include 2-year-olds at Esh Winning Primary School.
We are looking for someone who can manage, nurture, inspire and motivate Foundation Stage pupils and has experience of working in an EYFS team, including 2-year-old provision.
This is a Fixed Term contract for 2 years with a possibility of a permanent position. If pupil numbers continue to increase further hours may be required.
This post is to commence 1st September 2024.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a relevant Level 3 child care or Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Have good numeracy, literacy and communication skills and a good working knowledge of the revised statutory requirements in early years’ foundation stage.
- Have the knowledge, understanding and skills to support the EYFS Team and be proactive in the 2-Year-Old Provision.
- Be enthusiastic, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development, and well-being are achieved.
- Have the ethos and philosophy to build good relationships with children and parents, and ensure daily routines in a stimulating and creative setting and help to provide rich experiences to enable our children to become effective learners.
- Have a commitment to safeguarding and well-being of children.
