NEAT Active Limited is a trading subsidiary of NEAT Academy Trust and operates Benfield Sports Centre for community users during evenings, weekends and holidays.
Benfield Sports Centre have their own team of staff who run the centre during these times enabling thousands of children and adults to take part in a varied programme of activities each week.
We are seeking to appoint a keen, multi skilled, motivated individual to join our team as leisure assistant. This vacancy is permanent, part time, with fixed shifts over 3 days. However, we would also be able to split the post.
Shift pattern:
Friday 3-9.30pm
Saturday 8-6.30pm
Sunday 8-5.30pm
We are looking for a leisure assistant with high standards of cleanliness and customer service to assist in the running of the sports centre’s activities:
• Experience working in a busy leisure centre
• Experience cleaning, setting up and dismantling equipment
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to work under pressure
• Ability to ensure high standards are maintained and a knowledge of health and safety and safeguarding
