Applicants will be highly motivated and dedicated professionals who have a passion for working with children and their families, promoting positive attitudes to attendance and engagement. Applicants should have experience of working with children within a learning environment or youth organisation. Knowledge and understanding of attendance issues and barriers to learning would be essential.
The successful candidate will join our excellent Welfare Team, who work effectively with our families and are committed to supporting students’ academic, personal, social and emotional development. As part of this team, the successful candidate will actively nurture, support and mentor students to re-engage with education, in order to improve their attendance and become the best versions of themselves.
