Kepier, a good school known for its exceptional standards of pastoral support, is currently looking for an Operational Behaviour Lead.
As the Operational Behaviour Lead, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive learning environment throughout the school. You will work closely with the school staff, families, and learners, as well as collaborate with various agencies and other educational institutions.
Your primary responsibility will involve taking the operational lead in behaviour management across the school. This encompasses recognising and celebrating outstanding behaviour, spearheading initiatives to improve behaviour, and collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to establish consistent and effective behaviour management systems throughout the school. Additionally, you will oversee a dedicated team of Year Managers.

The successful candidate should have experience of working in a similar role, ideally within an educational setting. It is essential that the successful candidate has excellent communication and organisational skills, works well both independently and as part of a team, is able to follow instructions and shows initiative.
