Our school is one of six primary and secondary schools within the NEAT Academy Trust family of schools. We are seeking to appoint an excellent, highly motivated and caring Support Assistant to work in our Upper Key Stage 2 Phase (Year 5/6)
The post is for 34.5 hours per week (including 2 hours per week in breakfast club), term time only plus 5 training days.
Successful candidates will have:
Experience in delivering a nurture based approach, both on a 1:1 and small group basis
Experience in supporting children with difficult behaviour and emotional needs
Experience in working within Key Stage 2
Excellent skills in the teaching of reading and maths
Commitment to the wellbeing and care of all children
An ability to work successfully as part of a team
